"Five star experience from top to bottom. Got me right in, moved me through the process, doctor was very kind and genuine offering multiple options for treatment and didn’t charge some sky high initial co pay before running through insurance like so many urgent care facilities. Definitely feel the staff cares and isn't just after a paycheck. Will go back if needed in the future."

"I have to say this is one of the BEST URGENT CARE facilities I have visited in a long time. I had to take my 3 year old today. Let me tell you they were so kind, so thorough, attentive, and awesome with him being his first visit to an urgent care. The nurses and I worked as a team to get the tests done. They were so kind to him..They got us in and out with a diagnosis and sent the script to be filled. I HIGHLY recommend Medella Urgent Care"

"I can not recommend this place enough. I came in late in a Friday night and they got me right in. They staff was kind and went above and beyond. I was just visiting the area, but I wish it was closer to my home so I could go there anytime I was in need. They truly care and it shows. You guys rock! Plus no inflated prices. (I don’t have insurance)"

Not only do they obviously know what they’re doing, they’re also personable — which I really, really needed given the circumstances I was in at the time. "Great staff all around! The front desk was very friendly and helpful. There was not much of a wait and we were able to get x-rays with results very quickly. Doctor took time to explain things to where my 12 year old son could understand about his injury. The staff and Doctor seemed genuine making us feel comfortable. "

"I had a spider bite on my hand that I thought might be getting infected and my doctor couldn’t get me in for two more days. I was a little worried about going to an urgent care, but the Medella Urgent Care in Magnolia was clean, not crowded and they got me in quickly. The practitioner who saw me was sweet and knowledgeable. They got me fixed up, faxed my antibiotic prescription to the pharmacy for me, and I was done! I’m so relieved to have a good place to go to in Magnolia. I highly recommend them."

"Omg! I love this clinic! I came in in a panic with my 2 year old sticking something in her nose. From start to finish we were in and out in 10 minutes with the ball extracted! Thank goodness for the wonderful and attentive staff helping! Will remember them in future!"
